Getting Started Resources (Workbooks and Trails)

If you're new to the Nonprofit Success Pack, start with these resources. The Fundraising Trail takes you through the right way to install the NPSP, if you're starting from scratch.

Install, Upgrade, and Release Information

NOTEIf you are installing the latest version of the Nonprofit Success Pack, you don't need to uninstall any previous versions.

Manage Campaigns

NOTE: Campaigns are a large topic in Salesforce. You might want to familiarize yourself with the Campaigns Documentation in Salesforce Help & Training if you're not already familiar with Salesforce Campaigns.

For Developers

The Nonprofit Success Pack is an open source, BSD-licensed package. Developer contributions and involvement are welcomed and encouraged. All packages and source are currently hosted on Github using git. Branches as well as tags, issues lists, and release notes can now be found in the 'Cumulus' repository, an upgrade to the NPSP. Original NPSP code can be found in the respective package repositories
